    Managerial Interview

    Interview

Not called...not a bridge burner. Poor communication and an ?HR? interview meeting after 18 months, dozens of submitted needs and opportunities to improve vital areas of business function ignored, I had to quit. I had a slight heart attack. It was a bad end. Many good things and many good people kept me and $2 hourly raise, choice of hours, freedom in many areas..but everyone needs appreciation..not put downs. I would not recommend anyone expecting advancement..per my endurance...an MBA and an entry level CSR job, temporary/seasonal....I would work for them from home...and I would love to manage for them. I am able to mold the out-of-line areas into shape. PRJ

    Interview Questions

    • After submitting repeated formal improvement ideas, I was told just to do the job I was hired for. I almost died of humiliation. My resume was for administration and I earned my MBA. I entered as research and development. Ground work to improve from a new perspective, but no one with pull saw me or just did not appreciate me.   Answer Question

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Swiss Colony (Monroe, WI) in March 2015.

    Interview

I applied through the Swiss Colony's online application and received a phone call from the company a few days later asking if I could schedule an interview. I had two phone interviews and one in person interview. I talked to about 8 or 9 different people at the company, so I was able to see who I would be working with while they could also evaluate if I was right for the position. I ended up being offered the position a few hours after I left the interview, which was awesome. They are very timely, polite, and respectful.

    Interview

Applied online. They post on all the major job sites. Then I had an interview. Fairly easy. Really did not have to think when answering the questions. They called me about 3 times re-verifying information I already shared with them that was nerve wrecking to say the least.

    Interview Questions

    • It was a fairly easy interview. They asked basic questions. Nothing that makes your brain hurt. Or puts you in deep thought going through your memory bank to seek and experience that would fit as a answer to their question.   Answer Question

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Swiss Colony (Clinton, IA) in March 2014.

    Interview

Detailed and friendly and questions were easy and the answers were typed into a computer to the central office. During the interview when asked a question you then gave to wait for the person doing the interview to type everything you are saying into the computer word for word. This makes the interview much longer than it should be but at the same time you feel confortable.

    • Previous employer? Why did you leave? What can you bring to our company?   Answer Question
