The process as a whole was very fast. Exploratory phone call, technical phone call, onsite interview. The technical phone call asked about a variety of topics, including past projects, datastructures, concurrency, and OO design. The onsite was primarily design questions, including the design of a wiki and an elevator control system, with additional requirements and constraints added incrementally.
