Interview process took several months with initial call with recruiter, then 30 mins with hiring manager then on-site interviews including presentation for 3 hrs with other candidates interviewing at same time. Ghosted after all this

Interview
Had an initial chat with HR to say discuss whether my skills and experience might fit well. Followed by a Teams interview with leadership team with questions asked about my experience and real life skills. Final interview was in person for a day on site including a tour, various interviews regarding HR and knowledge/interests in respect to the role, and lunch with members of the team.

I attended the in-person annual med chem workshop (highly recommended) and was invited straight to final stage interview (held online). 30 mins with HR, 1 hour technical, 30 mins presentation on my PhD research + 25 mins Q&A, then 30 mins with COO.
