Question 1
Where do you rank yourself in terms of "slow but precise" or "fast and less detail oriented"
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sylva (NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process took place over the course of about a month and a half. There were two initial calls with the in-house recruiter, two separate calls with two of the co-founders, and a final interview presenting a deck based on a prompt about the nature of one of their community's current content strategy and how I would change it for the better. Some parts of the process felt smooth, and others were very clunky. The competency of some of the C-suite was questionable and there seemed to be a lot of disorganization. They're still a new company, so I have to give them the benefit of the doubt that the weaker parts of the process were due to them still finding their footing.
