Contacted initially on the phone to confirm interview, then had an in-person interview with the director. Approximately 3 days later, I had another interview with the program manager to which I had a math competency test administered to me which, more or less, gave them an estimator of my fluency with the math curriculum

Standard pedagogical questions discussing classroom management, teaching philosophies/strategies, etc...
phone interview then in person 30 min asking behavioral stuff like how would you teach this content to someone. the phone interview mostly asked about priori experiences and went through your resume
I wondered how good was it to work for them so I applied and landed an interview supposedly, but they never answered me. Some managers need to be aware that time is of the essence.

Interview
They will ask you about your teaching experience for different age levels, then give you scenarios that might happen during a tutoring session. They will also ask if you can multitask, because you might be tutoring 4 kids at once.
