Initial round was a HR screen followed by a call with the AVP of the organization. The call was very generic and more of a coffee chat. Didn't listen back from recruiter even after 2 weeks even though the AVP mentioned that the conversation was strong and they were interested. Super unprofessional and sketchy behavior with recruiter almost non-responsive. I am glad that I didn't go through the interview loop with such a lousy bunch of people.
