Symphony Care Network interview questions

First question was - where would you like to see yourself after 2 years from now. What would be the most difficult tasks which may trouble you to complete your goals

The process was really quick. I spoke to the HR person, DON, and ADON. I applied online, but they also made me do a paper application. The interview did not ask super hard situational questions but more of yourself and what you want out of this job.
