Synapsis Software interview questions

There were two rounds of interviews. The employer's interviews probed into my attitude toward aspects and what I wanted to do in the next few years as apposed to asking questions regarding points on my resume. This was a refreshing approach, as the company employs people with a great work ethic who are enthusiastic about life.
