I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Synchrogenix Information Strategies
Interview
The first part was a screening call where you hear the typical sales pitch about the company and get the opportunity to ask questions. They also requested you fill out 2 applications. Then, I was invited for an onsite interview and writing exercise. It was supposed to be 2 hours, but last over 3 because one of my interviewers showed up 45+ minutes late. I understand things happen but I thought it was very unprofessional. Both the interviewers were very unprepared. I felt like it was a waste of my time, and I elected not to continue in the interview process.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Synchrogenix Information Strategies in Dec 2010
Interview
I had a very unsatisfying interview with the CEO. Most of the questions I was asked were about the months when jobs or assignments had changed. My medical writing was generally not discussed. I was grilled about a couple of gaps in my work history- when I stated that the gaps were for personal reasons, the CEO demanded to know just what I had been doing during those periods. I felt as though I was in a "hot seat". My resume (which has impressed others) was pronounced "spotty". The CEO was ten minutes late for the interview, and then cut it short because they said they were not feeling well. I was very disappointed, and got the distinct impression that the CEO did not want to bother with me. I was so unhappy that I didn't even send a thank-you note.
