I was referred by an employee, and the process was really quite fast and seamless. I had a 30 minute call with someone from HR. She then set up three more phone interviews for me: 30 minutes with a senior executive, and two 1 hour calls with people at my level. Then I did one more 30 minute call with HR where she pretty much told me I got the job. This whole process took about 3-4 weeks, but it was over holidays, so it might have gone a bit quicker without that.
