I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Synechron (London, England)
Interview
The position was with a bank, cleared 1st internal round over the phone, then 2 round at client location. Finally was called for manager and HR round at Synechron office, cleared manager round and then came the HR round, which also was quite good, they agreed on my salary expectation, and then went on to ask about my education, which I informed was distance education (this was also informed before the interview process even started) and then came the silence, to which they informed that they don't hire candidate with distance education but was told that they'll take approval for it, but it didn't happened and was told that no exception would be taken. I don't understand the logic behind this for experienced candidates.
