Interview difficult level is depends on Interview. Because my friend's interview quite easy compare to me.
1. L1 round will taken by developer who working on that project from synechron side.
2. L2 round will be managerial questions.
3. Client round.
***Don't join company if HR release offer after L2 round. Please make sure your client round should happen before joining.***
Other wise you may be on bench after joining one month. This happen with my friends in two cases.
case 1. Client hold positions. No interview scheduled.
case 2. If you failed client interview then next client interview might happen or not.
after 45 days you may ask to leave saying we don't have any opportunity for you.
