Interview had three rounds and a take home technical test.
The questions were fairly basic C# questions.

Question 1
Explain variable types in C# and how they differ and are used
Job advert placed online without working hours or salary and no direct contact details.
I applied anyway (thinking what's the harm) - and got contacted to 'discuss the role and experience in more detail'. Essentially this was a screening call. During the call I asked what the salary was and was told this 'depends on experience' but was asked what salary I was looking for. I was told the recruiter would be in touch after discussing with Hiring Manager to discuss next steps.
Well, after this I was *ghosted*, even when chasing up a reply.. nothing.
I can only presume my salary expectations exceeded what they wanted to pay. Very poor experience from a company who I had thought to be more reputable.
Please provide salary transparency in your adverts! This feels very underhand and sneaky to recruit on an invisable salary.

Standard Screening call, interview with senior management then a presentation/other with the same people.
Kept in contact rather well throughout the process. Approachable and answered questions I had to a decent standard. Seemed that the Account Manager role wasn’t as commercial as expected.
