Seamless, direct and fair. Spoke with key team leaders first then a few team members in the second round. Wasn’t overly long to drawn out. Interview questions were appropriate for my level and experience and truly felts like we were mutually getting to know each other to determine if it’d be a good fit.

Multiple multiple rounds and then never heard any official word back... You'd think after 5 + interviews they'd have at least said we don't think it's a perfect fit. I've been through holding company interviews that are more efficient and less time consuming.

Initial screening interview with the recruiter took place via phone. It was then followed by an hour long virtual interview with the hiring manager. Next stage would have been meeting with senior leadership.
