Synergy Rehabilitation interview questions

I was scheduled for an interview for a Kinesiologist position. Unfortunately, no one contacted me at the scheduled time, and I received no prior notice of a delay, cancellation, or rescheduling. It was only after I took the initiative to call later that day that I was given a brief phone screening. The person I spoke with had just arrived late to work, and the screening felt rushed and unprofessional. The entire conversation lasted barely two minutes, during which I was told, rather bluntly, that I shouldn't expect a follow-up due to the volume of interviews they had scheduled. I was also told that, had I not reached out myself, I likely wouldn't have been contacted at all about the missed interview. This experience left a poor impression in terms of communication, organization, and overall respect for applicants’ time. While I remain genuinely interested in the role and contributing to the team, I hope future candidates are treated with more consideration during the recruitment process.
