Synexa Life Sciences interview questions

The interview process involved four stages, including initial screen, 2 technical interviews, and a final HR interview. While the process was structured and communication was generally clear, it felt quite lengthy for the level of the role. During one of the later stages, some questions around personal circumstances (e.g. childcare/availability) felt intrusive and not directly related to the role requirements. Despite progressing through all stages and providing references, the process concluded without an offer, and the role was subsequently re-advertised.

The team were very friendly, the stages were clearly communicated and the whole process was exceptionally quick. Decision making was clearly thorough but efficient. Far superior than other interview processes I have been through, my time was valued and I felt they wanted me to evaluate the company as much as they were evaluating me.
