Process was fun, somehow informal. Plenty of people to talk to, most behavioral questions.
They followed HR protocol during interview. First set of people to talk to was immediate future team mates, followed by their manager and some local managers

Recruiter screen, 30 min initial interview with hiring manager, then 2 hour final stage interview - 30 min lab tour with team, 45 min technical interview with hiring manager, and personal interview with other senior staff from the same business are.

was a general chat and then a Q&A into my prevous project work,seemed quite professional but also casual and friendly. There were mutliple people from the staff present and two rounds of intervoews with a walk through the labs
