Basic, but average. Not very technical based. Took a math test which was also easy. It seems they are focused on younger workers straight out of college unless it’s for a manager level position.

There were 4 rounds of interviews that took roughly 2 weeks to complete. Most of the interview questions were generic "what would you do in this situation" or "name a time when..." kind of questions.
