Synthesis Technology interview questions

Contacted by VP of Operations via email from an employee referral, took the SQL skills test (must have basic SQL knowledge & in-depth knowledge is a plus), had an in-person interview the following week with VP of Operations (lasted an hour, personality based interview questions), and had a final group interview with two Project Managers and a Client Services Engineer the week after (lasted an hour and a half, work/school experience based questions, be familiar with the company and its products)

Contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn. Phone interview with recruiter. In person interview with recruiters, SQL skills test, and in person interview with Director of Client Services on same day. In person interview with CEO and then with PMs on same day.
