Synthetic Resources interview questions

There was an initial phone interview - the girl was very professional and explained the entire hiring process and job description before starting the questions. The interview questions seemed standard, the only part that was unique was rating what I thought my previous supervisors would score my work performance as. There was also time for questions at the end.
