Interview
2 stage process. The first is a good cop bad cop scenario where they first talk at you about working there (2 ladies in my case). Then come the bad cops. Two guys who will be rude and try to make you feel uncomfortable to see how you handle pressure. Get through that and the second stage is an interview with the MD.
