I was interviewed by two people from separate departments with the standard interview "type" questions. I had a lot of customer service related questions. All of my responses were written down by the two people interviewing me. The process was very friendly and I felt as relaxed as possible during an interview. Altogether, a good experience.

A thirty minute phone interview (It would have been in-person if I had lived near the site) in which they asked various questions related to potential scenarios one might encounter on the job. There were two employees on the call. Only a few questions about my resume.
