I interviewed at TCBY
I had called initially and they did not have a spot but a friend reffered me to the manager. He was kind to call me and ask me a few questions. I came in the next day and we had the interview. Very nice people.

I walked in to turn in application and was immediately hired. Manager just asked about availability. I started the next day and just did a four hour shift to learn basics.

Brief interview about 20 minutes, just a regular conversation. She was nice and just asked me conversational questions to see if I had interpersonal skills. Pretty informal overall, not bad.

Sit down interview in the store. short and simple asked a few questions and asked me my prior work experience. I then told her why I wanted to work there and the manager offered me the job on the spot.

Filled out an application, didn’t gear from manager, filled it another one and manager claimed to have called me when she saw my first one but she didn’t. Anyways, went in, told her about myself, she asked very minimal questions, was hired on the spot. If you’re not, you should hear back a few days later if she wants you.

Very relaxing and inviting. They asked me general questions about my self. We had the interview in the manager's office which was nice that we didn't have to do it in front of everyone.
