TCM Group interview questions

3 stages - Video interview, in person presentation and further conversation and meeting with founder and ceo. Was very friendly and clear process, but also thorough. Wasn't much waiting around and was very professional.

Although this is a coaching company I think they could do with coaching themselves. They literally wasted my time, it’s pretty clear they were happy to interview as much people as possible. Then send a message a week later to say they are still interviewing and will be in touch within a week. Then no response, I message back and then they are still interviewing. By this stage I ended up getting a better job offer.
