Interview
Team was very smart, prepared and made me feel very respected. The recruiter made sure my travel needs were taken into consideration and I appreciated that. Very clear direction about the position and what it entailed. Very honest - they told me this was not an easy peasy job! I felt like the team really loved the company and felt the energy for success. It was the people and the challenge that really moved me...and made me want to work for TEGNA.

Interview
The interview process was very quick and seamless. I interviewed over the phone and then in person. Had an offer two weeks later. Background check took a couple of days.
