I applied online on the website.
I received an email about a month later asking me to come in for a interview.
I had one face to face interview with the team and one phone interview with HR.

General behavioral questions and some technical questions.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2024
Interview
First interview was with recruiter, second with two managers (direct and indirect reporting managers), and third and final was with their manager (senior director). First interview was pretty standard HR type, 2nd was behavioral type questions (it was prepared with real life examples). Third interview was more geared towards culture and fit.

Tell us a time when you had to deal with something or someone difficult during a project
I applied for the position online, and then I got a call from HR in a month. I was assigned by a case and presented it with two hiring managers. The case presentation takes ~30mins, and then I was asked about behavioral questions, past expereinces and case follow-up questions.
