Applied through the school website, got called for an interview.
Interviewed by 3 people. All CAs and one of them is a director. Standard interview procedures, but they did not ask the typical questions.
Requires some thinking on your feet. Some of the questions would require creativity.
From what I was told, second stage of process involves group project and networking with Telus executives.
heavily qualitative, large focus on behavioural questions relating to past schools and work experience. there were light accounting questions as well. the process was 2 rounds, both online through zoom, received phone offer afterwards.

1st is HR screening, 2nd is hiring manager 3rd is hiring manager and controller. The entire process was quick, within 1 week. It feels like the team is desperately filling up this role.
