Interview
1) Phone Interview: Discuss your resume - education, skills, knowledge in depth - using specific examples to your experience.
2) Panel Interview: Prepare a 15 minute presentation - lasts about 45 minutes to an hour ending with questions about your presentation and then specially to your experience that you could apply at Telus.
Takes about 2 weeks for the entire process.

lots of behavioural and situational interview questions. conducted a panel interview in which they rotated asking questions. pretty difficult interview, have to be able to think quickly on your feet

Interview
Started with a phone screen by one of the team members, general questions about prior experience and explanation of role. Then a panel interview where I had to deliver a 10 minute training session, followed immediately by a one on one interview with the hiring manager. Questions tested knowledge of adult training theories, and work experience.
