There were three steps in the process: 1) Screening interview with Human Resources 2a) Prepare and give a presentation on a pre-disclosed topic (e.g. about a previous project). Each candidate gets the same topic and same amount of time to prepare a PowerPoint presentation. 2b) Behavioural interview with the hiring manager and another stakeholder 3) Take a behavioural assessment test
