This company was smaller than I thought. It was an in person interview with a conference call also with the reporting team lead in another country that wasn’t even on video call. Just spoke to the manager in this country mainly. Certain things you would assume or expect weren’t a reality. They were nice but it was waste of time and should have been done virtually. I feel the recruitment and selection process is biased given lack of success and length of time unemployed. It’s not hard.
