I applied online. I interviewed at TGI Fridays (Brighton, MI) in Feb 2021
Interview
Not difficult, hired on the spot. First red flag right there. Took all of about 30 seconds. Strange, strange vibes from the man interviewing me. Just very uneasy energy in the room.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mainly asked about hours and availability. Very few, if any, personal questions. Really caught on that this man has no interest in me as a person and no consideration as to if I would fit into the culture.
Super easy, asked basic behavior questions, then talked about scheduling and when I'd be available. gave me the job on the spot. You don''t need to sweat it. they call, schedule an in-person interview that lasts like 10 minutes then likely hire you.
I interviewed at TGI Fridays (Cheadle Hulme, England)
Interview
First part was an interview/conversation with the supervisor, including an intro into the company, what the role would cover and a tour around the restaurant and then invited in for trial shift during the evening.
