TGI Fridays Interview Questions

Easy and relaxed, informal as held during opening hours just sat aside in a quiet part of the restaurant. They give you so much information and a walk round of the restaurant so you understand what you’re getting into and introduce you to shift leaders who you’ll be doing your training with. Which is helpful to put a face to the name of you’ll be spending your first few shifts with in the new job

Interview process was very easy and easy going . Very good first job to have if looking at young age . Be confident , and smile and make sure to ask questions at end

I was asked a few questions about the company and also about myself. It was quick and didn't last more than 15 minutes. The manager offered me the job on the spot.

One 15 minute interview with the manager on shift that day. Was performed in the dining area. Only interviewed by one manager who just went over the resume with me

Venue manager called me in, asked me about my previous experiences and asked wether I would prefer serving behind the bar or being on the floor. Got a trial set up for a couple of days from now

Applied on Indeed and recieved an email asking if i would like an interview. And i was interviewed a couple days later. After that interview, I was invited to a second one where I was offered the job.

questions about why I wanted to work there and availability. Also gave a glimpse of what my role will be by letting me work with a colleague for around 30 mins. Then asked how the work was.

super easy, just asked what I was interested in and why I would be an important asset to the company also asked if I had any job experience which I did

On the job trial shift where you shadow a current server then a sit down discussion with the manager on shift to discuss how you found the trial shift and then a few other quick questions

Long and aggravating. Would not recommend. They overhire, and then attempt to weed out the "good" ones. By the time they figure it out, the good ones are on their way out.
