THE RPM GROUPS interview questions

The job that I applied to and discussed in a quick phone interview wasn't quite the position that was the subject of the interview, which was odd but not uncommon, these days. It was all quite cordial and welcoming, but my questions about the commission structure and base pay through the training period were dodged.
