      I interviewed at TIAA

      Interview

I had three rounds of interviews for this position. The initial interview was with the recruiter, that lasted about 15-20 minutes. My second interview was with a Director for the team that I was interviewing with, which lasted about 30-40 minutes. My last interview was with the actual hiring Sr. Director, which lasted about 30-40 minutes. The interviewing management staff were friendly and not intimidating.
