Interview
The interview process consisted of three separate interviews (was originally going to be two; however, the direct manager was unavailable). The first was a telephone screening interview; the second was in person with with the VP Client Services and the other with the Product Manager. All interviewees brought both a relaxed and professional demeanor which made for a very smooth and enjoyable interview. The phone screening contained general questions to get a feel for the fit with the company. The first interview was mostly discussing the business they were in and was open ended. The second interview was a bit more formal but provided the opportunity to truly discuss how I could add value to the organization with some more formal questions as well.
