TScan Therapeutics interview questions

I applied online and received an email invitation for a phone screening interview two weeks later. The process went smoothly, and they requested a follow-up conversation the next week. A 2-hour virtual panel interview with a team of three was scheduled, during which they expressed appreciation for my resume experience. Subsequently, I was invited for a final panel interview on-site with five additional individuals from other departments. Following this, I had a closing discussion with the recruiter, who assured me of their fast-paced process and promised to provide feedback the next week. I left with a positive impression, feeling confident about my prospects. However, a week passed without any response. Despite sending two follow-up emails regarding my application status, I received no reply and was ultimately left without closure. There were no indications in my spam inbox, and subsequent checks revealed no emails, follow-ups, or updates regarding the position. Three weeks later, when I revisited the website, the position was no longer listed. A simple email stating I didn't get the position would be sufficient enough. I am uncertain whether it was filled or if another candidate was selected. This experience underscores the reality that in some cases, organizations may easily overlook or disregard candidates, leaving them without communication or closure.

This interview process is a three-parter. First interview is a brief phone screening, second interview was a 2 hour interview with multiple different people/departments, and third and final interview is an on-site tour.
