Interview
The interview Process for TUI Airlines (Luton) was particularly interesting as It took place over a week and has 3 stages. The first was more of a screening call from the umbrella company who ended up being my employer for the role. We talked a bit about my previous history and where I would like to be in a few months. The second stage was a Microsoft Teams call where I spoke to the Hiring Managers for the role and expressed my love for Supply Chain. The third stage was a face-to-face interview where I detailed my strengths and weaknesses.
