Applied online with my resume and cover letter. Took EEi test first. Then moved on to the virtual interview round. Interview was only 20min long, and there was no time to ask questions. Took them about a month to get back to me.

What would you do if you finished your rounds before your shift ends.
Inteview was a panel of 4 people who asked primarily personlaity questions and how i would react to such and such a situation. Panel would take turns reading off questions from a document and writing down my responses.
Fairly standard process for interviews, typical STAR method. Multiple questions on how you interact with others. No procedure related questions. No safety related questions. It also took very long to get invited to an interview, multiple months after initial application.
