Multiple rounds of interviews with different people. all positive interactions with staff members and the key figures within the business. Very casual and not stressful at all, very happy with how the interviews went

I got a home assessment to complete. I did it in 5 hours, that is the maximum I am agree to myself to spend time. I reject me by message. When I asked for a feedback they ignoring me. It's ok to reject candidate, but if you decide to give him a home assessment, the minimum is to have a short meeting with him to explain the gaps.
