I got the interview opportunity after applying online.
The interview process went smoothly, the interviewer was nice and we had a good conversation. I talked through my experience and my projects and asked questions about the company. Everything pointed that this was just a screening that I passed already.
The interviewer said that I will get a message in a few days for the next step, which consists of talking to the Product Designer and Manager and then if that goes well, an interview with the CEO and COO.
I got a bland rejection message about a week after.
