You start with interview directly with the CEO and you have to take a “quiz” to test out your compatibility with the company. The questions are easy and seemed to be more personality based.

This company focuses on computer-based personality assessments over basic human interaction. This might work if you're looking to hire robots but I don't think it should be a sole component for finding talent. After wasting my time with questionnaires and math problems and after weeks of being strung along, I was declined an interview with the owner even when I would have been an excellent choice and was well worth a conversation. It is certainly not how you hire executive level talent and having been through this process I understand now why they are having such difficulty with their current talent pool. As this company is outside NY and LA and many candidates would have to consider relocation, I would be VERY hesistant to pack up your life to work here. I think you could easily find yourself without a job in a fashion desert at a moment's notice.
