The first round was group interviews with several of their team members online, then second round was asked to prepare brief for hypothetical project. Final round was conversation with senior stakeholders to discuss actual role.

Two interviews are conducted online. Both are brief interviews. Background and experience are also important. If you have won awards in related fields, you are more likely to be accepted. Additionally, your conduct is of utmost importance. We will not hire anyone who puts pressure on you through communication or negatively affects your colleagues. You may also apply through employee referrals. It doesn't matter if the position you want to apply for is not listed on our website. You just need to make a connection with an employee. That's fine.
