I applied to the role via LinkedIn and was contacted by for an initial screening round. After this round, the one of the recruiters confirmed in less than a couple of hours advancing me to the second round with a senior member the very next afternoon. Even though I informed them that I would be traveling at the hour they want me to interview, they kept pushing the boundaries to persuade me to make the time. I canceled my trip and took the call. The questions were pretty average and in less than an hour the recruiter contacted me to solve a business case for the following week. They sent me the case one day before the scheduled appointment and said it should be solved with two C-suite members on the day of the presentation (Friday) at the office location. The time given was 45 MINS TO SOLVE THE BUSINESS CASE AND PREPARE A PRESENTATION. So the day before I prepared a few slides with partial information I was given to save some time. I was really excited and went to their office the next morning and the entire place was empty. NOBODY SHOWED UP. I waited for an hour or so and came to realize that they FORGOT about our meeting. Very professional!! The presentation went well and I was pretty satisfied with the ideas I proposed only to get an AUTOMATED REJECTION the following week. The HR communication, or lack thereof left me puzzled and they were on leave on the day of my presentation leaving me cluelessly waiting at the company entrance not knowing whom to contact. Companies like Talk360 can learn a thing or two from multinationals about why it is important to keep a clear, professional and open communication with the applicants. I expected a constructive feedback to understand what did not work well especially when you have wasted so much of my time. This has been, by far, the most disappointing encounter I've had with any company.
