Did not end up interviewing. The hiring manager was slow to reply, and after offering a meeting time, switched the job they were hiring for to be a lower-paid position.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TallGrass (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2023
Interview
Missed a call from them but immediately got an email asking to set up a time for an interview. Sent them my quite open availability within 30 mins. I never hear back from them. After a few days I follow up and get a brief email saying she'll call me Monday morning. No specific time was given. They never bothered to call or reschedule. They clearly need to focus on HR and their values. Very disrespectful. The numerous, basic grammatical errors on their job listing should have been enough of a red flag. Lesson learned.
Online interview. Friendly interviewer. Late responding. They sent me the Excel file to do an assessment. It’s quite hard and expect to show your opinion about this situation. After that, no response until 2 weeks.
