I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Talroo (Austin, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interviewers both had a very strange vibe. I was not given an offer, but I would not have taken it if I had gotten one. The interview questions were very HR coded and generic, I don't think they did a good job at meaningfully assessing ability or aptitude to do the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Talroo in Nov 2023
Interview
I applied online and received an initial email for a phone screening. After the call, I was sent a link to complete the Wonderlic assessment. A few days after submitting my results, I was invited to the first interview, led by the HR Director. The next stage involved a team interview with a Sales Manager and a Staffing Solutions Executive, followed by a final interview with the Sales Director. Each interview took place virtually, and every person I met contributed to making this process a positive experience for me. Their approach was purposeful, far from just ticking boxes. Instead of solely discussing values, they actively demonstrated them through real-life examples. Each interview had its distinct focus, yet all felt genuinely engaging. Interviews usually stress me out, but everyone was friendly and refreshingly authentic. It felt more like a conversation than a typical Q&A session. I'm excited about the idea of joining the team.
