2 rounds of interviews, informal meeting and a formal in office one. Both were very good, myself and the MD discussed the future of the company and what I would bring and how we could work together to resolve some of the legacy issues surrounding the development processes. We also covered what future processes could be brought the the existing clients to enhance the offering of the company and how to implement these over the course of my first 6 months there.
