TandemSeven interview questions

I good recruiter friend of mine told me about the opportunity. He knew due to family circumstances that I was content with consulting, but he sold the company's culture for a couple of weeks. I decided to hear them out, and after speaking with the VP of Technology, I genuinely had a good feeling about him, so I decided to proceed with our next step which was an in-person interview as well as a brief coding exercise. I met with the larger Team (Frontend Practice Lead, Principal Frontend Arch & Dir. of Operations, etc...) and spoke about my past and recent experience in both leadership, management and how much hands-on coding I still have. One thing that was obvious was they are genuinely happy to be part of TandemSeven and how often do you see that? But I digress, the interview consisted of meeting with the leadership and senior Team members, being tested on my fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS (small algorithm). I'm a horrible test taker, and my nerves did get the best of me, but the Team was very considerate of that. TandemSeven is a very tight-knit group, and they look for folks who they will genuinely enjoy working with who are also as competent and hard-working, so they asked questions related to that. Overall, this was one of the best interview experiences I've had in my 17+ year career.

First round was Google handouts. Ask a few non-technical questions. Waiting for about one week, then came the second round of interview, which was on-site and a little bit about coding stuffs. I'm gonna talk about the coding questions in the 2nd interview.
