I recently went through the interview process for a role, which included an initial recruiter call, an interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with the hiring manager and another senior stakeholder. After completing all stages, I haven't received any feedback or updates from the company, and it feels like I've been ghosted despite the time and effort I invested in the process.
