What strategy did your previous company use to hedge deltas?
Chill, talking most about resume, and some random questions from probability and mathematics. There is some coding but not leetcode style, more related to market and object oriented language since we need lots of that in work.
Your two hours of time will be wasted as they do their best to discover your trading methods for free in desperation. First the junior manager needles you for your information (regardless of your documented returns,) then the managing partner does the tag-team and insists on knowing how your system works.
