The interview process was relatively easy. A lot of technical questions were encountered; this was only an offshoot of an already-written assessment sent out prior to the interview. First stage phone interview. In the second stage, an assessment is sent across - after the cut-off is achieved, a call back is received for the third technical stage. The fourth stage is to meet with the company's director to assess cultural fit.
