Interview
Long interview process with delays concerning "releases." From initial contact with founder, it took two months. It took them to a week to make the online programming test using Moodle of all things (three questions) and another week to grade it. Since someone had to make a test, it tells me they don't hire much. I was told that because I used an array map implementation (with array indices as keys instead of a Map/HashMap solution), I would be rejected. They went to say I didn't have "strong Java skills" even though my code worked. I told the founder that my code was right but he did not listen to me.
